Glaze chicken wings,
chicken breasts, roast chicken, spare ribs, shrimp, and just about
anything you put on the grill. Also, good on meatloaf, jalapeno
poppers and over cream cheese as a dip with crackers.
Delicious as a dipping sauce for fried chicken or chicken nuggets, egg
rolls and wontons.
As an appetizer, top brie or Edam cheese with big globs of your favorite
jalapeno jam and wrap the whole thing in puff pastry. (Crescent roll dough
also works). Bake at 375, and serve with crackers if desired.
Great as a glaze when roasting pork, chicken, ham or pork chops.
Try this on fish or chicken using the Pineapple Jalapeno Jam as a glaze.
Add a pinch/teaspoon of jalapeno jam to your soups, dressings, casseroles,
sauces.
A terrific dipping sauce for fresh vegetables and fruits, try blending a
hot pepper jelly with nonfat yogurt (or sour cream). Start out with
roughly equal parts jelly and yogurt; adjust the proportions as necessary.
Fresh bell peppers, slices of fennel, and carrot sticks are also good in
this dip.
Try some of the Cranberry Jalapeno Jam as a sauce for turkey.
Great on corn muffins, bagels, toasted English muffin, biscuits.
